That is why we are proud to partner with Microsoft, a global leader in AI and responsible AI, and to adhere to their responsible AI commitments.

Microsoft’s responsible AI commitments are a set of principles and practices that guide their development and deployment of AI systems, as well as their support and collaboration with their customers and partners. Microsoft’s responsible AI commitments are based on six core principles: fairness, reliability and safety, privacy and security, inclusiveness, transparency, and accountability. These principles aim to ensure that AI systems are designed and used in a way that respects human values, protects human rights, and benefits society.

As a Microsoft partner, we share and support these principles, and we apply them to our own AI solutions and services. We also help our customers to implement and use Microsoft’s AI solutions and services in a responsible way, by providing them with the following:

• Sharing our learnings about developing and deploying AI responsibly: We have been working with Microsoft and other partners to learn and adopt best practices for responsible AI, such as red-team testing, transparency reporting, and AI assurance. We also share our learnings and experiences with our customers, and help them to develop their own responsible AI capabilities and culture.
• Creating an AI Assurance Program: We have established a program to ensure that our AI solutions and services meet the legal, ethical, and social standards and expectations of our customers and stakeholders. We conduct regular audits and reviews of our AI systems, and we provide our customers with documentation and evidence of their compliance and quality.
• Supporting you as you implement your own AI systems responsibly: We provide our customers with guidance and support on how to use Microsoft’s AI solutions and services in a responsible way, such as Power BI AI, Microsoft Office AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Azure AI. We help our customers to understand the features and capabilities of these solutions and services, and how to apply the principles and practices of responsible AI to them. We also help our customers to monitor and manage their AI systems, and to address any issues or concerns that may arise.

By adhering to Microsoft’s responsible AI commitments, we aim to deliver AI solutions and services that are safe, secure, and trustworthy, and that create value and positive impact for our customers and society. We believe that responsible AI is not only the right thing to do, but also the smart thing to do, as it can enhance the performance, quality, and innovation of our AI systems, and increase the trust, satisfaction, and loyalty of our customers.
