Senior Support Technician

We are a Managed Service Provider based in Nottingham with a growing base of clients across the UK. Established over twenty years ago as a provider of telecommunications and connectivity solutions we have, over the last few years, developed our capabilities to offer a fully Managed ICT Service to our clients.

Many of our clients are well established businesses that have been with us for a long time. We provide a level of service and advice that is the best in our sphere. We have been working hard on developing our services, systems and processes to ensure we can now increase our client base and have ambitions to do so over the next couple of years.

With our increasing client base and portfolio we now have a need for a grounded MSP Support Technician to join us and play a key role in supporting our clients and our business.

What we're looking for

• Experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Modern Working and Azure environments
  • Strong cyber security knowledge covering endpoint, email, network and business continuity product sets.
  • Proven experience working on both help desk and on site roles
• Technical Skills
  • Certified on M365 and Azure at Fundamentals level with at least one other Microsoft certification around management and/or security
  • Experience on RMM/PSA tools (particularly Connectwise)
  • In depth experience on LAN & WAN technologies and firewall configuration
  • A working knowledge of Azure deployment and management

You will need to be a team player. Have logical problem solving capabilities and enjoy working across a range of technologies. Flexibility and a 'customer comes first' attitude prevails in our business so these are a must haves. Your skill set, knowledge and approach to support will be one of the primary factors that sets us apart from our competition.
