Lessons from the MSP Growth Forum

Last week, Mason Infotech's leadership team attended the IT Europa Growth Forum alongside several other of the UK's fastest growing IT Managed Service providers. We discussed the following:

1. AI is already here. Businesses across the country are increasingly turning to AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to automate workflows and give busy professionals more time in the day. We discussed businesses’ concerns, developed use cases, and were able to learn from some of the biggest users of AI so far, such as M&S and the NHS.
2. Building better cultures. There was a great discussion from some key industry leaders around how the IT industry can build better, more inclusive, and more effective business cultures. Watch this space as we implement some of these ideas into our own team at Mason Infotech.
3. Managed IT Services are the future. Gone are the days of businesses using 5/6 different suppliers for their tech stacks. It’s easier than ever for businesses to turn to one MSP to manage their entire infrastructure, and are doing so every month!
