How To: Set OOO in New Outlook
If you're using New Outlook for the first time, the layout can be confusing.
In 2024, we had over 100 tickets asking how to use this feature. Use this guide if you're tryin got set an Out of Office message in Outlook for the first time.
Go To Settings
Navigate to the gear icon in the top right hand of your New Outlook App.
Navigate to Accounts
For most users, this will be the default opening screen.
Navigate to Automatic Replies
From here, you'll be able to set automatic replies with your Out of Office message as normal!
