Evenlode Investment Management

Requirements

Evenlode were keen to take advantage of AI with Copilot for 365. Each member of the Evenlode team could benefit from using the tool, and Mason Infotech's market-leading deployment and end-user adoption training was the answer.

Deployment was required for an initial staggered deployment of 25 users, to eventually be deployed to all 40 staff within the business.

Each team would require bespoke training to ensure Copilot could increase quality of life to all functions of the business, including finance, investment management, and business operations.

The Challenge

As with all new technologies, some team members were enthusiastic about Copilot, while some were hesitant, and wondered if AI would replace them in the long term.

Enabling users to save time while instructing them with use cases that allowing them to spend more time on 'thinking tasks' was essential.

The Solution

Mason Infotech divided the Evenlode team into 5 distinct training units, based on business function.

We spent time with each unit, understanding how their day-to-day operations worked, and developed bespoke training for each unit to enable them to maximise their use of Microsoft Copilot for 365.

We delivered training to each unit over 3 days, ensuring that every business unit was able to save time, be more productive, and spend more time on the tasks that matter.
