Providing scalable, resilient solutions
Although working in data intensive environments, the sensors and equipment used as part of the EkkoSense solution needed to be provided to global clients as a stand-alone solution. Reliability and on line reporting are critical to enable the management of these resource intensive, security conscious and innovative clients. Provisioning and managing the sensors required to capture this data and provide all the information required to facilitate the operation would have been difficult using local resources.
A cost effective communications platform
Having completed the communications roll out of two very significant bases of ATMs (cash machines) over previous years, Mason Infotech had gained experience of managing 'Internet of Things' projects and were able to provide the services needed for the provision of mobile (m2m) services across the UK and Europe. Services have been in place for a number of years now and provide EkkoSense with a secure, easily managed range of mobile services that can be interchanged across clients and countries as required.
